Hours change, menus change, Google changes, and domains expire. The care plan is the part where someone keeps it all working, tells you what it is doing for you, and answers the phone. Here is what happens every month.
At the interval you choose, daily for most businesses. The site, the specials feed, the ordering link and the domain are checked automatically, and anything broken gets fixed before a customer notices.
Once a month, a short note in plain English: how many people found you, what they searched, which page they used, how many tapped call or order, and the one thing worth changing next.
Your domain and your email are tracked and renewed before they expire. They stay in your name, in your account. Losing a domain to a missed renewal is how most small businesses lose their email too.
Once a year we look at the whole site against what the business needs now: new services, a new menu, a second location, a slow season. Then we decide together what to add, change or drop.
Month to month. Cancel with thirty days' notice and keep the site as plain files.
Hosting, the domain, daily health checks, the monthly report, and small edits like hours, prices and specials.
Everything in Care, plus your Google Business Profile kept current, monthly posts there, and replies to reviews.
Pay once a year for either plan. Same work, one invoice, and the reassessment is built in.
Care plans take on sites built by someone else too. Send the address and I'll tell you what shape it's in.
